[IIEUTKR'S TKLbGRAMS.] Sydsly, July 29. Newm lias been i-ecei\ ed here that the steamship Tdiwhau, which left Hongkong ou July 4 for Sydney, grouucled ou a ieet on the Australian coast. The effoits winch have been made to float the vessel have as yet pioved uiiouccussful. A disastrous fire took place last night in Mcssis Hitchen and .Sons' stoic, at Sandridge, resulting in the destiuction of the building and contents, which con sisted cliiefly of cotton. The damage is estimated at £3000.
