WHEREAS, under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon the 31st day of August, ISB3, in the Resident M.igistiate's Court, sitting at Alexandra, for the sum of nineteen shillings and one penny, being arrears of i atcs clue by HONANA MAIOHO, as the owner of Lot 337, Ngaroto. This is to give notice that the said proparty will be sold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the ban!
