WHEREAS, under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon the 31st day of August, ISB3, in the Resident M.igistiate's Court, sitting at Alexandra, for the sum of nineteen shillings and one penny, being arrears of i atcs clue by HONANA MAIOHO, as the owner of Lot 337, Ngaroto. This is to give notice that the said proparty will be sold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the ban! Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon at the late of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the date of payment, and all costs and expenses incurred in lecovering the same, and all other lates clue on such pioperty up to the date of payment, ai c paid pi ior to such sale.
