Ratepayers of the above County are hereby notified, in compliance with Sections 12 aud 49 of " The Roads and Budges Act, 1882," that the Waipa County Council have applied to the Government for a loan of £642 for the following works — viz :—: — Main Road in Kihikihi. — Grading and Forming. Estimated cost, £70. Main Road, Kihikihi to Te Awamutu.— Draining, Forming and Gravelling. Estimated cost, £220. Ohaupo to Alexandra. — Grading, Forming and Draining. Estimated cost, £175. Kihikihi to Cambridge.— Claying and Forming. Estimated co3fy £100. , , Ohaupo to Hamilton.— Earthworks, Estimated cost, £40. . Newcastle to Alexandra.— Cuttings and Formation. — Estimated cost; £37.
