NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the provisions of the above acts, and the Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876, that an ELECTION

will be held at the Town Hall, Kihikihi, on SATURDAY, the 23rd day of February, ISB4, for the return of five duly qualified persons as members of the Kihikihi Town District Licensing Committee. And I further appoint the Town Hall, Kihikihi, to be the place, Friday, the loth day of February, ISB4, to be the d.iy, and from 9 to 12 o'clock, a.m., to be the time for receiving Nominations of Candidates.
