CONDITIONS. Enhance fee for Hurdles, New Year Handicap, Trotting Handicap, and Steeplechase, to be forwarded w ith nomination and colours, age and pedigree of horse, addressed to the Secretary, Postoffice, Cambiidge, not later than Monday, the 17th December, 1883. Weights will appear in "Waikato papers on Saturday, 22nd December, 1883. Acceptance money and entrance for Publicans' Piuse payable to Secretary on Friday, 28th December, 1883. Weights for Publicana' Purse will be declared after the New Year Handicap has been run for, and acceptance will be received up to a quarter-of-an-hour before the race. In the event of a walk over, only 50 per cent, of the stakes will be paid. No entry will be received except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. AH protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 2 so\s, which will be forfeited to the tunds of the Club should the •Ste wauls consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
