THE TELEGRAPH to RAGLAN.
It will be seen from the copy of the letter here given that we may, at an early date, expect to See Hamilton connected with Raglan by telegraph. Wellington. Oth December, 1883. Sir, — In reply to ,your communication of the 21st ultimo, addressed to the hon. the Premier, concerning telegraphic communication between Hamilton and Raglan, I am directed by the hon. the Postmaster- General to inform you that the telegraph line is no.v in course of construction. — I have the honour to be sir, 3 our obedient servant.
