p O R SALE. Farm of 16SG acres in Tamahere, three miles from the town of Hamilton, Waikato, abutting Public Road to Tamahere Railway Station. The whole of the land is culturable, lich, and level throughout, well-wateied. and all fenced, with the exception of 012 acres unimproved, from which the fern has been lately burnt off, making the land fit lor immediate ploughin;;. Some (500 acres have been cleared, ploughed, and put under grass.
