Whatuaio has evidently made up his mind about a re-hearing, --, notwithstanding the refusal of the Gofern- 'fl meut to giant such ; and' asserts that though I he may be imprisoned for adopting his present course, on being released, 'even should years have, expired, he will le-enter into possession of 'what he looks upon as his rightful inheritance.
