The ship Seircol Wyn, IOGG tons, from London to Sydney, came into collision with a btiy, whose name v/asnot obtained wheu in the Channel, off Eastbourne, near Beachy Head., The Seircol Wyn was consideraloly damaged, and was obliged to put back to G-iavpsend for repairs. Part of her cargo was thrown overboard. Nothing has since been heard of the brig.
