Gentlemen, —In iriirness to my numerons friends and supporters in the Waipa Electorate 1 think it right to inform you that I shall be a candidate for your suffrages at the coming general election. lam aware, that it is unusual to announce such an intention at a date fao early as the present, but I am driven into the position by the rumoi>> that .ne being so industriously circulated thioughout the district at the present time.
