SEVEB^ii new bills were introduced and read a first time. The 'Gaming and Lotteries Bill was received' from the Lower House with amendments to some of Avhich the Council did >not agree, and managers were appointed to draw up reasons for the disagreement. Several bills, including the Drainage Bill, were read a third time.
