(PR«BS ASSOCIATION.) Hokitika, Thursday. The triftl of Dftrid Hutchinaoa for the murder of his wife, was resumed at ton o'clock yesterday morning at the Suprsipe Court. The evidence ehowed ' that prisoner had aared a guv and bag of provisions from the burning house; that he had hold of his wife's leg, but did not saro her. The Judge summoned up in farour of the prisoner. The jury retired at halfpast seven, , and ' were looked' up *t ten o'clock without agreeing. The Court ad journed till ten o'olook this morning.
