Loul Hartington m:ide pn exhaustive speech, in the courso ot which he severely attacked the Irish Land Leigue and its mode of action. Alluding to the Lund Bill which had been intioduced by the Government, ho expressed his opinon that its piovisions weie founded on lines of justice to both tenant and landlord. The debate stands fiuthei adjourned.
