Conditions. Entrance feo to lie forwarded with nomination and colors, age and pedigree of horse addressed to the Secretary, Postoffice, Cambridge, or Mr William Percival, Auckland, not later than Friday, 31st December, 1880. Weights will appear in Auckland and Waikato papers on Thursday, Janury Gth 1881. with the exception of the Publicans' Pursp, which will be declared at S p.m. night of first day's races. Acceptance money payable to the Secretary, or Mr Percival, by Saturday, Bth January, 1881, before 8 p.m. Acceptance for Publicans' Purse will be received up to 12 o'clock noon of second day' 8 races. No entry will be received, except upon the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom 1 they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with" a deposit of 3 soys., which will be forfeited to the funds of the Club, should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
