' TO THE EDITOR. Sir,— ?l would draw y©ur attention to a decided grievance Which we labor under in Cambridge, and probably in other townships, in connection with the new • Dog Tax.' Not only have dog owners to pay the new, tax qf ten ..shillings after having paid 'the old fi^e'shilling'tax! ; but although forms can be procured from the Eesident Rejrietrar, the money must bo sent to Hamilton.
