The Greek Government have voted a new loan for war purposes.
Constantinople, December 10. The Porto has addrpssed a circular note to r.he Powers calling upon them, to restrain Grieece from proceeding with, the increase of her armaments, and to ask her if she will accept the compromihe proposed in October last, namely, that the territory to the south of Jacina and Larissa should be ceded, but not thot>e towns themselves. The Porte adds that if Greece replies in the negative, a rupture must enfeue.
