Sunday Trading. London, June 26.
A resolution in favour of closing Sunday trading has been agreed to by Parliament.
Tlie Tichborne Impostor. The writ of error in the Tichborne case, by which it was proposed to set aside the sentence on the ground that the Judge had wrongfully inflicted two cumulative sentences for the same offence, has been heard before the Court of Appeal. The Court discharged the writ and the Claimant therefore remains in prison.
