COLONIAL FINANCES.
The estimated revenue and expenditure of the Consolidated Fund (exclusive of Land Fund) for the financial year ending 31st March, 18S1, is thus pi yon in table No. 7, appended to the Hon. Colonial Treasurer's Financial Statement.
The estimated revenue of the Laud Fund for the financial year is set down at £200,000, and the proposed expenditure in the following items : — Permanent Appropriations : New Plymouth Harbor Board, £3000; one-third of sales of deferred payments lands, £16,000. Annual Appropriations: Crown Lands Department, £35,180; General Survey, £90,043 3s 4d ; total, £150,223 3s 4d. Leaving a balance, £49,776 16s Sd.
