Harsant, to offer for sale, at his Mart, Hamilton, on the above date, his well known Farm, situated between Harepepe and Whata* whata, on the western side of the Waipa. On inspection by intending purchasers, the farm will be found to be one of the best in the district. There are about 100 acres in good grass, and 40 acres ploughed and ready for sowing.
