WHEREAS, under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1876," judg-. meut was given upon the 4th day of July, 1878, m the Resident' Magistrate's Court, sitting at Alexandra, for the undermentioned sums, being arrears of Rates due by the undermentioned persons or the owners of the underdescribed properties.
