TESTING THE OIDER.

Yesterday afternoon a farmer having a ban-el of eider on tap in his waggon aas doing a fine retail business near the market, at five cents per glass, when a man with a very thin voice and very dd clothes softly advanced and s .id, « Has the state inspector of pomological juices inspect id that cider yet ?'
