! The charge against Capt Favquahar, Star, of' the South, for a breach of the Customs regulations by not furnishing a complete list of ship stores was dismissed. A similar charge against the providore was then proceeded with, and also dismissed. Arrived : Barque, Anstell, in a disabled condition, having had herbowspritand fore-topmast carried aAvay in a heavy gale ; Taranaki, s.s., and Rio Logo, from Lyttelton. Sailed : James Wishart, ship, for Oregon, with •a -cargo of grain.
