Tn order to ensure a constant supply of chaff and crushed mai7e for use in the stable, theie is connected uith the establishment an excellent chaff-cutting and maize-crushiug machine. In connection with the abov», the Proprietor begs to intimate that he has purchased the lease of the Ngarua wahia Ferry. The approaches are now perfectly safe, and the stockyards of such a character that cattle may be yarded without fear of loss. Every assistance is afforded Co settlers ciossing cattle, &c.
