TERMS OF PAYMENT. By clause 18 of the Confiscated Land Regulations, under which the sale is to take placo, " m the event of the second payment uot bci'nj mide as aforesaid, the sale shall be void and the deposit forfeited. 1 ' The Whenuakura Block lies between the Patea and Whonuakura Rivers, on tho former of which tho Town of Carlyle is sifnute '.
