Wellington, Monday. Els Excellency the Governor has received a despatch oxpressing the Imperial Government's sense of Mr Fox's Hervices, and allowing Messrs. Vox, Vogel, McLean, nnd Gisborne to retain the title of Honorable for life. It is understood that the commission appointed to inquire into tlio conduct of Mr Eyes, at Blenheim, reports that the
b Tiipsdnv. Wrights tender for the construction of the Ashley Railway Bridge for £20,979, and the Abhburlon Bridge for £19,853, bas boon accepted. The Goimnistion of Inquiry into the conduct of Ms Eyes recommend hia removal from Blenheim.
