IN consequence of difficulty and expense in collecting accounts ovor a sparsely lettlcd district like Waikato, and as freight is paid in ea»h in all other parts of the world, t'uo Directors havo decided that on and after February Ist, freights are to bo paid for on delivery, and that no monthly account* w ill be allowed. The same rule to apply to flour and coul. To facilitate this change, stores have been erected at tho l.mrtiugs of Xgaruawalua, Hamilton, Cambridge, To Rore, and Alexandra, and agentH have been appointed at these places, whose duty it is to receive all good* ex or for the steamers, and store them for a fortnight free of expense to consignees, but at their risk.
