Her cargo of grain is being transhipped in the steamer Southern Cross. Tho cargo is insured for £2,000 in the the New Zealand Insurance Company's office. In the Police Court, George Prinoc has been sentenced to six months imprisonment for selling , scrip under false pretences. —John Smith, for obtaining goods under false pretences, has been committed for trial.
