CATTLE MARKET. i Mr. Alfred Buck land's Report.—At the Hay- ; market, on Friday last, fodder was in full supply, and without alteration in value from last week. Horse stock were offered in usual numbers, but met with indifferent ; enquiry ; many good animals remained unsold.—At Pa- ; ■pakura, on "Wednesday, there wire less cattle penned ! than usual. Those brought forward were principally j eighteen months old and upwards -110 head sold. Grow- j ing steers were in request at a slight advance over last | month's prices, but cows and heifers wwe relatively dull of safe. At Remucra, on Thursday, dairy cows at ealr- ; ing were well represented, and for good animals satfefae- . tory i.riccs were obtained r they ranged from £9 to £12, ■ Store cattle were in short supply ; female stock were at low values, but steers of all descriptions were in request ) .-it fullv late prices. Fat cattle were in average supply. !
