The Government, having been empowered by special Acts of the Legislature to enter into contracts for Insurances on Lives, and for the grants of Annuities and Endowments, are now prepared to I execute any of the usual contracts dependent upon j the contingencies of human life. j The following advantages are presented as deserv- ; ing of public attention, and especially of the "Work- ! ing Classes : — 1. All transactions, and powers of attorney and other documents, are free of Stamp Duty and all taxation. 2.
