We are glad to learn that it is contemplated to hold a tea-meeting in the township of Ngaruawahia, and to apply any funds that may accrue to providing iesks and other necessaries for the local school. These meeting do good in more, ways than one. They are principally beneficial by establishing good feeling between the inhabitants of the district, vv e trust °that all will come forward and render any assistance in their power to make the undertaking, a success.
