Government, laving been empowered by .special Acts of the Legislature to enter into contracts for ItiKii'-aneefi on Lives, and for the grants of Annuities and Endowments, are now prepared to execute my of the usual contractu dependent upon the contingencies of human life. The following advantages are presented as deserving of public attention, and especially of the Working Classes :— ; J. All transactions, and powers of attorney and i other documents, are free of Stamp Duty and j all taxation. j 2. No charge is made beyond the purchase-money ! or premium, which may he paid hall-yearly or i quarterly. i li. Should the assured die during the days of grace, j the policy will still be valid. j 4. Surrender values arc granted on the whole or j any part of a contract which has endured for j five years. i a.
