RIVERTON ST. JOHN NURSING DIVISION

There was an attendance of twenty at the first of the series of Home Nursing Lectures held by the St. John Nursing Division on Friday last. The • superintendent, Mrs A. F. Webb, welcomed several new members and extended an invitatidn to all ladies who are interested in Home Nursing to attend the classes. . The lecturer, Sister Gray, explained tlie use of the roller bandage, and all present had the opportunity of practising several ways of using this bandage.

It was decided that the demonstration of bed making and of sponging patient® be included in the third lecture, which will be held on Friday, April 26. As this promises to be a leteiture of particular interest, it was decided to invite all interested to be present and to make a charge of 1/for non-members, the proceeds to go towards the purchase of a first-aid kit.
