NO ARMY-AND IT’S SAFER.
The private army of the small principality of Liechtenstein, between Switzerland and Germany, has been dissolved, and a police force has been organised instead. The 14,000 Leichtenstein citizens will be protected henceforth •• by 20 policemen. The Government says the residents feel safer without the army, which was made up of 520 farm, hands. The new police force is needed because move tou>. ists are coming in.
