—(To The Editor.)-. Sir,—The Labour Government has decided to increase taxation to the utmost pending the General Election. The Hon. P. Fraser is making 'a welter both in education and general! health. The hospital rate was substantially increased during the past month, and it is abundantly clear that when extra provision is made for maternity increases the hospital rate will be doubled,—l am eta " TAXPAYER. -^
