RICE CROP.

YIELD IN AUSTRALIA. SYDNEY, May 22. The rice crop on the Murrumbddgee irrigation area is expected to yield this season 25,000 tons. The area under crop is 15,000 acres, ajnd the average yield is 93 bushels of ;p;addy rice per acre. About 5000 tons will have to be exported. The crop is regarded as the best since this industry was launched.
