- 'WALLA'DETOWN STOCK SALE. 1 A fairly large number of farmers and I butchers attended the Wallacetown - stock sale on Tuesday, and some good r business was done. The weather was )■ all that couldi be desired, and this no ■ doubt accounted for the fairly large . yarding of all classes which came for--3 ward. The fat cattle were for the - most part of very poor quality, the r bulk of the yarding being passed in. > In the store cattle section the quality 5 was much better, and the prices ob- - tamed were quite on a. par with! those E of last week. A number Of dairy 1 cattle also came forward, but these ’ were of very poor quality, and oonse- • qucntly there was little demand for ■ them. Fat sheep are still in big de- ' mancl, butchers buying freely. The I quality its quite as good ag any that I I have yet come forward, and the prices 1 , obtained were equally as goqd as at ! previous sales.
