Cosgrove, Truant Inspector, v Jno. Walston, a charge that defendant hatl neglected to send his son nine years of agio, to school. The inspector stated that ho visited the house and defendant's, wife admitted that the child had never yet 'been sent to school, hut as the child was suffering from a nervous complaint, she 'Was teaching him at home. —The Magistrate ruled that the case was a peculiar one, and recommended that a oef.i, cd,c of exemption h« procured from the doctor and school committee, and adjourned the case untj.l nest court day.
