A terrible a place named Dean, Vi Allan Fricke, second sou of Mr F. ■' Fricke, of Simpson and Fricke, -wad gored to death by a bull. The particulars of the occurrence show that the unfortunate lad was exercis. *• ing a stud bull belonging to a Mr tippett, for whom h© was working, when the fatality occurred. He .was leading the animal, and was about) to open a gate to take the bull from one paddock into another when thebrute turned on him, and injured him so terribly that /death ensued about half an hour afterwards. The accident occurred ail about half-past eleven in the morning on Mr Tippett's farm, which is about a mile, and a-half from the post office.
