WESLEYAN MISSION IN NEW GUINEA.

We, yesterday, received the following letter from the Rev. S. B. Follows, dated, Sumarai, New Guinea, •June, 13th : We reached this port all well this morning after a good voyage from Sydney of 18 days. A mail leaves at once so I must reserve details of the voyage for my next letter, oamai ai is the port of entry for New Guinea, so we may be detained here for a few days. The Governor left this mornin o* in his steamer to inquire into the murder which took place on Normanby Island some mouths ago. The islands are hilly and covered with bush to the water’s edge. They are very beautiful and apparently very numerous. I have not time to write more now. Kindest regards to all old friends in the Western District.
