Nairnshire. ihe upper deep water berth was occumed by the s.s Hauroto, and the s.s. Rotokino, owing to want 1 of accommodation, lay idle all day outside of / the Hauroto. As a complete day lost is a / matter of very great importance to large | steamers, and the cause of a good deal of esS pense, the sooner more accommodation is \ available the better if the reputation of the \ port is to be maintained.
