THOROUGHLY ESTABLISHED.
Some six or o : ght years ago tho theory was publicly announced, ns based on scientific investigation and practical experimenting, that many of the so-oallei diseases were only symptoms, locally developed, ot: disease of the principal functionary organs of the system tho kidneys. Tt lias long boon known that those organs are the groat purifers of t.be system —every drop of blood courses through thorn, as through tho heart. If they are healthy they properly perform their natural functions—eliminate the waste of the system If they be deranged, a poison known at uric acid, resulting from the stagnant, imparities, accumulates. This poison naturally finds its way through tho blood channel?, its onlv outlet. if the kidneys do not carry it nfi’, and attacks anv weak points it finds in its path. In this way there is doveloned a local disease which is given n name that describes its local character. It is, in fact, but a system of kidney disease. The intensity of devotion to business in this country, the push and grind, unknown to ‘European countries, induces a tendency to kidney disorder. It is an insidious foe, for the accumulation of the uric acid frequently does not reveal itself until ir attacks seme vital point ; hence men 'tie so suddenly with rheumatism, aooplexv, acute Bright’? disease, pneumonia, Ac., &c. The system has lieemuo so weakened hy tho insidious undermining of the poison coursing through tho channels—of life—the blood is
t-,ho life—that it is bereft of vitality to throw off the local disease developed at any given point. It was claimed when these theories wore advanced that a specific for kidney derangement was the most effective remedy for those most common and fatal ailments of our modern life. If the fountain is purified, the stream will-bo pure. To purify and strengthen the organic source is what the proprietors ■f Warner’s safe euro claim to do, and that their theory is correct, souraa to have been pretty olf-ctnally and practically demonstrated. There arc few hamlets in the L mted States or Canada where it has not been, and is still being used, and the same n-maik applies to .every small and large town and village in the Australian colonies and New Zealand. It is no longer necessary for the proprietors to make any claims in regard to this extended investigation into its merits. The point lias been reached where the investigators take this duty upon themsnivos, the hundreds of thousands of voluntary testimonials afford amolo evidence of tho now thoroughly established fact that most diseases, so called, are merely symptoms of kidney derangement, and that by restoring the kidneys to a healthy condition by Warner s safo cure, general health is assured. Ino following may bo taken as an example : deceived from W. T. Bennett, late Brevet, Brigadier General, U.S Army, Fremantle, West Australia, December 18, 1890. When serving as an officer in tho American War, nearly 30 years ago, the hardships and vicissitude-’ of tho campaign produced chronic disease of the kidneys and liver. I have since boon a martyr to attacks of gravel and swelling of the loins, dun to tho presence of crates, indicating tho diseased condition of the kidneys. In course of time I had dreadful pains in tho left side, and any unusual exertion aggravated them considerably. My appetite failed, and the pains caused extreme nervous irritability. Such was my condition when I had recourse to Warner’s safe cure. ,Sy the use of 10 bottles my sufferings woio gradually but eScctually removed.
