PROMOTERS : Mr Ross Robertson. Mr Robert Hazlett „ Charles Campbell „ George Robertson „ Ernest E. Young „ John Parry BANKERS - National Bank of New Zealand (Limited). SOLICITOR ;■ Adam Anderson, Esq. The objects, for which the Company is formed, are : To acquire and work an extended claim of six acres at Printz’s Spur, Longwood, tail race and rights now in possession of the promoters. The ground is known to contain valuable, deposits of gold—both alluvial and in quartz. The promoters have made favorable arrangements with the proprietors of Berndtson’s water race for a supply of water. There is no doubt that, in sluicing, away the spur in which gold was discovered in Printz’s claim, sufficient gold will be found to pay working expenses, with the almost certain discovery of a rich lead or reef. The promoters, as vendors, propose to retain ten fully paid up shares, and offer the other ninety shares to the public on the following terms, viz. £1 per share on application; £1 per share on allotment) and the' balance in calls, not to exceed £1 per month. , It is not expected that more than one-half of the capital will be called up as it is almost certain that sufficient gold will be found to pay working expenses. If, from any cause, the Company shall not be floated, the application money will be returned. The cost of advertising, registering the Company, and commission (not exceeding 2| per cent.) to be paid by the Company.
