The New South Wales revenue returns for the four months ended April 30, just published, show an increase of nearly £IOO,OOO as compared with the receipts during corresponding period of last year. A circular telegram has been addressed to the Governments of all the Australia colonies by the Hon. W. B. Dalley, AttorneyGeneral, suggesting that a mutual indemnification against all losses inflicted upon persons by the seizure of supplies of coal by an enemy's cruiser should be guaranteed by all the colonies. The memorandum was despatched by Mr Dalley on the advice of Admiral Tryon.
