SPORTING- NEWS. ■£4000.-320 CASH PRIZES. EIGHTH GRAND HAMBURG DRAWING IS NOW OPEN. To a Purchaser of 25 Programmes one will bo given GRATIS. FROM the undoubted popularity and great suceess these drawings have obtained throughout New Zealand the promoters are enabled to bring them before the public every two ,inontbc- 1;/Thebe’is alec the fact-that all these drawing have filled some time before the advertired date of closing, which has enabled the Company to pay the prizes in full. The Eighth Grand Drawing for £4OOO will close at the epd of APRIL, and the Ninth Hamburg Drawing will • open "on the' Ist May. «5 -Thcs-Eighth,Grind Drawirtg will dohsist'of 320 Money Prizes, amounting to £4OOO, subscribed by 8000 members at 10s; each. The various Money Prizes will be distributed as follows -One £3OO prize, One £2 JO prize, One £IOO prize, Two £SO prizes, Ten £3O prizes, • Fifteen £25 prizes, Eifteeu £2O prizes, Fifteen £ls prizes, One hundred and sixty £lO prizes, one hundred £5 prizes. Total amount, £4OOO. 320 Money Phizes. ' To a Purchaser of 25 Programmes one will be given GRATIS. The grand principle of these Hamburg drawings is that a purchaser of 25 programmes is guaranteed a prize, and tbs chances are in favor of the investor drawing a large prize, us there are 220 large prizes to 100 small I ones. To an investor of £2 the chances are only six to one against him drawing a prize, and the head prize or any other may be drawn by an investor of 10s. Read this .—ln Boaz’s Grand Hamburg Drawings the greatest odds are only 25 to 1 against an investor uf 10s drawing a prize. But carefully note the enormous odds against investors drawing a Horse or Cash Prize in. any of the Horse Consultations. The marbles are .replaced for each drawing of the Cash Prizes, which gives the enormous odds against investors. This Company would simply ask investors to calculate the odds before placing their investments in any horse consult ations; and this Company would not presume to tell the public that they have a number of chances and may win a number of prizes for a‘single investment of 10s, Note. —Prize Winners, whether winning large or small prizes, are informed that their names wi.l not bo made public without their written consent.
