TO THE EDITOR. SlB, —I was awake [last night by what I suppose was meant for music. Now, Mr Editor, I like niusie, and under conductorship, the town or Volunteer Band have shown that, they can produce it; but where, I a.-k, is the authority of the conductor when a few bandsmen ean go abcufc making night hideous with discordant noise, and disturbing the neighborhood ? —I am, &e. * TOWNSMAN. 80.
