No person to ruu a horse unless a subscriber to the Race Fund of at least 21s. All disputes arising through the racing shall be decided by the stewards, or a majority of them, whoso decision shall be final. Nominations for Hurdle Race,Maiden Plate Riverton Handicap, and Wallace Stakes will be received by the Secretary up to 8 p.m. on Friday, 14th May. Weights will be declared for the Handicaps on the 21st May. In the event of a walk over onl f half the stakes will be given. The Dunedin Jockey Club Rules will be strictly adhered to.
