PRICES CURRENT.

TO THE imiTQE,

Sjir,—ln your list of prices current (wholesale) last week I find Riverton flour quoted at £l3 10s per ton ; oatmeal £l7 do ; pearl barley, £2l do ; bran, £5 do; pollard, do. Further on, mill prices (wholesale) are stated to be as follows; Flour £lO to £ll per lon ; oatmeal, £lO 15s to £.ll 15s do ; bran, £3 Lss do ; pollard, £5 do ; pearl barley, £2O da. As these prices are somewhat confusing have you any objections to state how jmur quotations a'*e arrived at or the source of your information ? For my part I cannot undei-staud why there should be a difference in local prices of £3 on a ton of flour, over £5 on a sitqilar quantity of oatmeal, and o.her articles in proportion. —I am, &c. Benedict. Riverton, 20th April.
