NOTICE is hereby given that the Aparitna Road Board have applied to the Wallace County Council to have the following roads closed, viz.,—Road south of section 5, block 3, Jacob’s River Hundred. —Also load running through sections 55, 47, 48 and 49, block 4, and the road,forming the northern and north-western boundary of section 39, block 9, Jacob’s River Hundred;—Plans and description of same can be seen at the Wallace County Offices. N O T I C E. rfIHE Trustees have resolved to carry out the provisions of “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1876,” and get the rabbits destroyed, whatever the cost may be. Persons on whose land rabbits are found are hereby required to get them destroyed without delay: In the case of those who neglect to destroy the rabbits, the inspector will be instructed to get the rabbits on their holdings destroyed at their cost.
