(REUTER’S TELEGRAMS PER PRESS AGEXCr.) Lot' Dox, September 4. An excursion steamer, Princess Alice, collided with another steamer off Woolwich Sound. Five hundred and fifty lives are known to have been lost. The British fleet will shortly be withdrawn from the Sea of Marmora to enter the Dardanolls.
