To the Warden at Longwood— JT HEREBY apply for a Q-old-Mining Lease of the lauds hereinafter described, in accordance with the Gold-Mining Leases Regulations of Hew Zealand, and I agree, upon the approval of this application, to execute a lease upon the basis therein stated, if the Governor shall think fit to grant the same. •T.
